Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Log in to the "My Account" Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

A: We ship mostly through UPS for ground shipments and R&L Freight for heavier shipments.

A: Absolutely, please contact us for a special quote.

Q: Will you match a competitor price?
A: Sure, if you see an item that is lower and in stock in another website, contact us for price matching.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do, contact us for shipping rated.

Q: What form of payments do you accept.
A: We accept, Paypal and all major credit cards. For international customers, we accept direct bank transfers.
